SANURO
UX/ UI Case Study
Designing calm into every interaction.

CONCEPT
THE PROBLEM
SANURO is a mobile health and wellness app designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals — built around the belief that seeking support should never feel like another obstacle.
Neurodivergent users are underserved by existing wellness apps. Too many features, unclear navigation, and clinical tones leave people feeling overwhelmed rather than supported. There was no centralized, calming tool that adapted to how neurodivergent minds actually work.
MY APPROACH
ROLE
METHODS
I led the end-to-end design process — from user research and persona development through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing with neurodivergent participants. Every decision was grounded in three core user needs: personalized health tracking, curated content, and a progress system that celebrates small wins.

WHAT I DESIGNED
A four-section mobile app — Home, Check-In, Consult, and Grow — anchored by Nora, an AI health assistant designed to feel like a trusted guide rather than a clinical tool. Core features were kept free by design, ensuring accessibility from day one.
IMPACT
Through usability testing with 5 neurodivergent participants, I identified and resolved critical navigation issues — streamlining flows, reducing cognitive load, and improving accessibility across the experience.
