EcoHome AI

UI Case Study

Smarter homes start with clearer data

Concept Project · Role: UI/ Product Designer · Duration: 3 Months

THE PROBLEM

Buying a home is one of the most significant financial decisions a person will ever make. Yet, buyers are handed dense listings, opaque sustainability ratings, and technical jargon with no guidance on what any of it means. EcoHome AI was designed to change that.

MY APPROACH

I designed EcoHome AI as a mobile-first, responsive platform across mobile, tablet, and desktop — focused on translating complex property and sustainability data into clear, actionable guidance. Every decision prioritized hierarchy over decoration and clarity over completeness.

WHAT I DESIGNED

A four-feature AI-powered platform: a personalized For You feed with AI-generated match percentages, side-by-side property comparison with sustainability scoring, seamless tour scheduling and seller contact, and a scalable design system built across three breakpoints.

IMPACT

Designed a clarity-first experience that reduces cognitive load for buyers evaluating complex data — validated through AI-assisted usability testing across three core flows.
